Valentine's Chocolate Mousse with Honey Sponge Toffee (Online Class Feb.8, 2026)

In this class, we learn to perfect Chocolate Mousse for our favorite Valentine! We are also going to throw in a honey sponge toffee demo for fun, which you can follow along on if you're feeling confident.
